A new trailer for Our Idiot Brother and casting for World War Z, The Great Gatsby, The Dark Knight Rises and 21 Jump Street.
Our Idiot Brother
I have to admit, this trailer for Our Idiot Brother makes the film look a lot better than the previous ones. It’s just so positive and Paul Ruddish. I’m liking it. Ba da da da da, I’m lovin’ it.
World War Z
World War Z is really getting moving with three more added to the cast today. Matthew Fox, Ed Harris and Julia Levy-Boeken are all joining the film, which will be headlined by Brad Pitt, aka my doppelganger. Truth.
ZING!! And by ‘zing’ I’m not talking about the resemblance between Mr. Pitt and myself, but rather my use of the word ‘truth.’
The Great Gatsby
Jason Clarke, who starred in the recently cancelled Chicago Code, has joined the cast of The Great Gatsby in the role of George Wilson. It’s a pretty important role, and I think he’s going to be perfect. I’m a big fan of the book, and so far all of the casting has been stellar.
The Dark Knight Rises
The Dark Knight Rises has cast Josh Stewart as Robin. Just kidding. No word yet on his role.
21 Jump Street
21 Jump Street has me more angry than most films, which is mostly due to Channing Tatum’s involvement, although I’m annoyed by Jonah Hill lately too, but they’ve cast The Office’s Ellie Kemper as Ms. Griggs, an annoyingly sincere chemistry teacher. Aren’t they all?
