Killing Kennedy is a new drama based on the best selling novel of the same name by Bill O’Reilly and Martin Dugard. The story tells the tale of the assassination of JFK and the man who kills him.
The film goes intensely personal as far as the tale of the assassination goes. It’s an interesting thing that so many films have been made about JFK’s death, and yet most focus on things that surround the president, and not really on him and Lee Harvey Oswald. Most of them focus on the repercussions and the conspiracy theories that have abounded since the death of JFK. Most do not focus on the actual events. I’m not sure how much time the film will focus on, but it looks pretty interesting.
Fox News TV anchor Bill O’Reilly cowrote the novel Killing Kennedy with Martin Dugard. Kelly Masterson wrote the screenplay for this National Geographic flick, and Nelson McCormick is directing the film. McCormick has a fair amount of TV directing experience, with episodes of Criminal Minds, The Good Wife and more in his history.

What’s Good About It?
Killing Kennedy has an interesting tale to tell, and Rob Lowe is a solid choice for JFK.
What’s Bad About It?

Our Clever Prediction
It’s a National Geographic film, but Killing Kennedy looks pretty good. No doubt O’Reilly will help promote it and bring enough press to make it a success. Plus, it’s sorta educational.
