Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice has cast another unspecified role, Guardians of the Galaxy shows some new footage, Hercules just looks silly, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes looks intense!
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice has cast Scoot McNairy for some unspecified role. No, I didn’t misspell Scott. He’s Scoot. Like Scooter, I suppose. There are already folks speculating on who he’ll play, like Flash or Green Lantern, and while those are certainly possibilities, I’m guessing he’s a much blander character, like some guy at the Daily Planet or something. When they cast other superheroes, they told us who, so I’m not thinking he’ll be a Justice Leaguer. Here’s what he looks like:
What do you think? Commissioner Gordon? Nightwing?
Guardians of the Galaxy
Guardians of the Galaxy has 2 new videos today, one of them is a commercial, the other a featurette that gives some interesting insights into the film. Honestly, they’re both pretty darn cool, and there’s a fair bit of new footage. There’s some humor, a bit of new action, and it really does seem like a bit of a unique film. Very cool.
Hercules has a new TV spot that focuses on Herc’s fate. It also shows he’s up for doing some foolish things. Probably like cocaine or something, huh? That would be a foolish thing to do.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has a new film clip that shows the apes are quite peaceful. But they aren’t really. Except they sort of are! WHAA? What I’m getting at is that, in the film clip, Caesar, the leader of the apes, says he doesn’t want war, and I believe he means it. But at least one or two are bloodthirsty, much like on the human side, with humans that want peace, and others that are bitter and angry and want war. So… it’s meant to be complicated.
