A squad of police officers specialize in youth-related investigations, often using their youthful looks to go undercover as high school or college students. 21 Jump Street ran from 1987-1991 and was the first big tv show to be filmed in Vancouver, BC Canada. The series launched the career of Johnny Depp, and even made a household name of Richard Greico, back in the day.
Even today, 21 Jump Street has a big following and the DVD sales went through the roof. Not bad for a show that only lasted 5 years.
