Peep World (2011)

Peep World is the tale of a dysfunctional family and the son who writes a tell all book that exposes their many secrets.

A movie with the mega hot Kate Mara, called Peep World, and I doubt we’ll get to see her boobs. Disappointing. To show you how disappointing, here is a pic of Mara:

(twenty minutes later, with a slight gleam of sweat upon my brow from… exercise) So she’s really beautiful. The family meets once a year for their father’s birthday, and he seems to be a bit of a prick, only concerned with success. The eldest brother is the responsible one, the sister is ‘artsy,’ some other brother is Dwight from The Office, and the youngest is banging Kate Mara. He’s got the best life.

It’s funny and touching.

The Scoop

Barry Blaustein is directing Peep World, from a script by Peter Himmelstein. I don’t want to come across as anti-Semitic, but there’s a whole lot of Jew in dem names. I wonder if the movie is a bit autobiographical, just like in the MOVIE!!!!!

Was that anti-Semitic? Well, Blaustein last made The Ringer, so if you want a non-anti-Semetic reason to hate him, you can use that.

What’s Good About It?

The trailer looks decent enough. Oh, and KATE MARA.

What’s Bad About It?

A dramedy about family? (hey that rhymed!) Boring.

Our Clever Prediction

The film is only getting a limited release, and it seems to have a pretty limited appeal. Low chance of real breakout success, but you never know.
