The Truth
Battle For Tera [click for our full movie coverage] was released in 2007 at the Toronto Film Festival, but is just hitting the rental market now.
Battle For Tera takes us on a darker, but fun animated adventure, through the eyes of a brave cast of animated characters determined to save their planet from us pathetic humans.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, if the kids could watch it or who it was aimed at, but after watching it I can tell you its pretty decent for the whole family. I recommend kids 5-7 watch it with parents, as their are a couple of moments which need filtering and explanation from mom and dad.
The message in the film is pretty positive and heart-warming, and Battle For Tera moves along nicely with wonderful animation.
There isn’t a lot of overly famous voices behind the characters, but Rosanna Arquette and David Cross provide a nice touch to the characters.
The Action
Battle For Tera is pretty non stop action and it rolls along nicely.
The Laughs
Plenty of laughs
