Movie News for The Raven, The Grey, Batman, The Vow & The Oscars!

A new poster for The Raven, The Grey has a red band trailer, The Dark Knight Rises has a slight spoilerish piece of news, there’s a film clip from The Vow, and those Oscar Nominations that seem to have been announced. Meh.

The Raven

First, The Raven, which is a crime thriller about a serial killer enacting Edgar Allen Poe’s stories in real life, has been pushed back from its March 9 release date to April 27. Apparently the producers or studio didn’t want to compete with John Carter. So they gave it one week before The Avengers. Brilliant.

Also, there’s a new poster for The Raven, and if you were hoping it would sorta be like The Crow, you’ll be happy, cause this reminds me a lot of The Crow. At least John Cusack didn’t die during the making of the film.

Or did he?

No. He didn’t.

The Grey

There are some truly badass wolves in this red band trailer for The Grey. Interesting how much swearing there is when fighting with wild animals. Lots of swearing. I’m shocked. Mr. Neeson, how could you?

The Dark Knight Rises

Two things for The Dark Knight Rises today. First, Liam Neeson, the dude who swears so much above, recently mentioned that he DID in fact film something for The Dark Knight Rises, but that it was extremely brief, and he either knows nothing about the film, or he’s acting that way. So Ras al Ghul will at least be shown. Cool.

Also, there are some pictures today of small sculptures of the three main characters, Batman, Bane and Catwoman, and the Catwoman one has a really nice backside. Nicer than Anne Hathaway’s in my opinion. They upgrade her.

Oh well.

The Vow

The Vow has a new film clip, and it’s really sweet. Also, this film has given me a new idea about meeting a girl. I just have to convince a doctor, or get a friend to dress up like a doctor, and tell a girl that she’s lost her memory. And we were married. And she loved me lots.

Then, presumably, we do it.
