Posters for The Hunger Games, a surprising rating for Shame, a pics of The Three Stooges and Frankenweenie, and new trailers for Mission: Impossible and The Muppets.

The Hunger Games

I really want to hate The Hunger Games. I thought the books were kinda stupid, but entertaining, and it just seems like a film I’d hate, but every picture and video I see seems like the filmmakers are nailing it. Take these new posters as an example. It’s like they downloaded my BRAIN.

Shame

Shame is apparently a pretty dirty movie, which is why the MPAA has given it an NC-17 rating. It’s a… shame you won’t be able to bring your kids.

A… SHAME!

The Three Stooges

I’m not a big fan of The Three Stooges, but I can recognize that it is a big part of television history, and a film version should pay proper respects. This did not do that. Oh, man.

Frankenweenie

Frankenweenie was a short film, and one of Tim Burton’s first projects. It’s about a Frankenstein dog. Anyways, they’re making a 3D stop motion feature length film out of it that I will likely love, but only if I see it, and that’s currently at 50/50.

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is gonna be the best movie ever. (wait for it) NOT. But the trailer looks okay. And I’m going to see it 100 times cause The Dark Knight Rises is going to have its first 6 minutes before the IMAX screenings. Anyways, enjoy this new trailer for Mission Impossible.

The Muppets

The marketing department for The Muppets is having a lot of fun making trailers. I just hope they had the same amount of fun making the film. AM I RIGHT?
