Dredd

Dredd, the new Judge Dredd film, has a new pic of Karl Urban as Dredd. He should turn that frown upside down. Totally.

The Three Musketeers

For a second, I thought these were the greatest Three Musketeers posters ever. I only glanced at the first few, then I saw that they were saying Ray Stevenson IST Porthos. I thought they were doing something awesome and using IST instead of IS. But then I realized those were foreign posters.

Not as cool. Too bad.

Captain America: The First Avenger

Captain America: The First Avenger has a new poster, and it looks stupid. I want another one where he’s punching HITLER. That one was cool.

Harry Potter

I don’t normally post box office news, but Harry Potter made a mint this weekend, so I thought I’d mention it. Domestically, ol’ Harry made $168.5 million, and more than $476 million worldwide. To put this in perspective, I’d have to work 83 billion years to make that much. Money. And in the future they won’t have money, just Harry Potter memorabilia. Which they’ll trade. So it’s kinda like money.

What I’m saying is I want half a billion dollars. High five Harry!

Django Unchained

Kevin Costner has joined the cast of Django Unchained. He’ll play a slave driver on Leonardo DiCaprio’s plantation. I think this will work. He’ll hear voices that tell him, “If you whip them, they will come.” That sounds WAY dirtier in this context. Huh.

The Dark Knight Rises

I saw this The Dark Knight Rises trailer with Harry Potter this weekend, and it was SWEET. Actually, not much happens and the movie is a friggin’ year away, but I love it nonetheless.
