Holy moly it’s a Spider-Man pic! Looks cool! And the title is HERE! Boo ya. Also, a new Twilight pic, a couple Sucker Punch TV spots, a Rango film clip, an Arthur poster, and photos from Contagion. Whew. That’s a lot.

Spider-Man

First things first, the new Spider-Man film will be called… (wait for it, don’t look ahead, don’t let your eyes go to the bold part, don’t… you looked) The Amazing Spider-Man! Without the exclamation point. I added that. So just The Amazing Spider-Man. Also, without the period. Man, I wish I could order a bride without one of those.

Also, the film will be released on July 3, 2012, and it is being shot entirely in 3D. You know what would be really cool? If it was shot in 3D, but then post converted to 2D because scientists discover that watching 3D films makes you crazy. Awesome.

And here’s the photo, which looks really good. I really like the eyes. That is supposedly actually Andrew Garfield under the mask.

Twilight

Do you like vampires on islands? How’s about romance? Then I might just have the thing for you. Here’s a new set pic from Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part One. This is a shot of Isle Esme, which is where Edward and Bella go on their honeymoon, and they “do” “it.” Oh, and they “do” “it” so hard that Edward knocks Bella out, gets her pregnant with a telepathic baby, and, to coincide, prepare a number of young women around the world for a love affair with a man who cannot control his passion and ends up hurting her, but she forgives him because she understands and just tells her friends that she “fell down some stairs.” Ah, romance.

Also, I find it humorous that on the Twilight preview page, at least when I checked it a few minutes ago, the banner ad was for Twilight t-shirts and stuff. I know the ads are placed to coincide with the content, but it’s almost as if they KNOW what you want to BUY. The only question is whether you’ll buy a shirt branding yourself as Team Jacob or Team Edward. (on a side note, anyone who is on Team Jacob is stupid and has a mustache, which you shouldn’t have if you’re a lady. GO TEAM EDWARD!!!)

Sucker Punch

As the release date for Sucker Punch rapidly approaches, there are some new TV spots now available. The film releases on March 25, 2011.

Rango

Johnny Depp’s Rango has a new film clip. I really want to see this film. I’m a chameleon in real life, so this Rango fella is kinda my hero, or at least he WILL be after I see the film.

Arthur

Contagion

Hey, this doesn’t look stupid! Here are a few pics from the set of Contagion, the new film by Steven Soderbergh starring Jude Law, Marion Cotillard, Matt Damon, Laurence Fishburne, and Kate Winslet. Just based on the talent involved it should be good! And is it just me, or does Jude Law look like the LAST person you would want checking your prostate? Just a thought.
