A film clip from The Amazing Spider-Man, Katheryn Bigelow’s next film adds another actor, while Ender’s Game adds THREE to their cast, posters for The Hunger Games and Piranha 3DD, and a pic from The Avengers.
The Amazing Spider-Man
The Amazing Spider-Man has its first film clip, and it’s so super duper action packed and awesome, what with all the special effects, naked boobs and…
Oh. You figured out I’m full of it. Nuts. Yeah, this clip is relatively tame. It’s just Peter talking to a doorman, who intimates him. It doesn’t show all that much, but one nice thing is that it showcases Peter’s rampant homosexuality. Or shyness. I always get those confused. Like how I get Canada and smart people confused. They have no relation. I’m sure there’s a smart person in Canada (I assume an American emigrated there at some point, or is being held captive), but they’re not the same thing. Duh.
Osama Bin Movie
Katheryn Bigelow is still going forward with her film on Osama Bin Laden, and she’s cast Kyle Chandler, from all sorts of movies, such as Super 8, for a role that I assume will have something to do with being likable, as Mr. Chandler is super likable. The film is about a SEAL team that takes down Bin Laden.
An… AMERICAN SEAL team. It wasn’t a team of mounties. Canada.
Ender’s Game
Ender’s Game is apparently really going to happen. I don’t know why, but for some reason I thought the movie just wasn’t going to be made. Well, anyways, the Gavin Hood-directed film has added Nonzo Anozie, Stevie Ray Dallimore and Andrea Powell to the film. Anozie will be playing Sergeant Dap, while Dallimore and Powell will play Ender’s parents. The film follows a young boy who is drafted into an elite training force that is searching for the next great leader to help them win a war against an alien threat. Hugo’s Asa Butterfield will be playing Ender, the boy who is destined to lead Earth’s forces against the buggers. It’s an awesome book filled with an incredible amount of Machiavellian tactics, and some general awesomeness.
The Hunger Games
I didn’t even realize until now that The Hunger Games would be playing on IMAX screens, but there’s an IMAX-specific poster out today promoting it, so… It’ll be playing in IMAX!!! It’s okay to be impressed that I used the word IMAX in that last sentence a total of three times. It’s not really that impressive though, since I heard a teenage girl at the mall the other day say the word “Like” at LEAST 20 to thirty times a minute.
And Canadians say “eh?” all the time. Then they drool. I don’t understand why, but I guess it’s just the slack-jawedness of their people. We should really put them in a zoo.

Piranha 3DD
Piranha 3DD has two new posters up, and I prefer the first one, since it makes good on both the jugs and fish. The second just shows some girl with sunglasses on somehow seeing fish that are clearly underwater. This is the kind of inconsistency that ruins films!

The Avengers
The Avengers has a new pic, and it is horrid. Hawkeye looks constipated, while Captain American and Black Widow look either retarded, or like they just banged and it wasn’t good for either of them.
Maybe Hawkeye would’ve gotten in on the action had he not been so constipated.
