This was rumored a while back, but it’s now been confirmed that Benedict Cumberbatch will voice the dragon Smaug in The Hobbit. I should also mention that the dragon will NOT be CGI, but rather the budget was so crazy they bred a real life dragon. But it doesn’t breath fire. It just farts diamonds.
