New casting for Prometheus, some cool The Dark Knight Rises stuff, a pic of J. Edgar, and a new trailer for Puss in Boots.

Prometheus

So Prometheus, Ridley Scott’s return to science fiction horror, has cast Patrick Wilson in some unknown role. The film has been shooting for a few months now, so it’s unclear if Wilson shot his stuff before, or is just joining the cast now.

But just to start a rumor, I hear he plays Prometheus himself. And he’s an alien. And Nightowl. Alan Moore is gonna be SOOOOO pissed.

The Dark Knight Rises

So those pics from the other day of The Dark Knight Rises showing Batman’s new ride were apparently of a Bat-wing, or whatever they call it. Actually, I don’t think they ever named the Batmobile in the other films, so they probably won’t name this one either. It’s like a stealth bomber, but for Batman. Also, there’s a pic of what Joseph Gordon-Levitt is gonna look like in the film. He looks like… Joseph Gordon-Levitt. This picture did not help.

J. Edgar

So apparently Leonardo DiCaprio is gonna play J. Edgar Hoover in J. Edgar as a shark. You look at those eyes and tell me he isn’t half shark. And he was a cross dresser. Shark cross dresser. I smell sitcom!!!

Puss in Boots

Puss in Boots. Either way, you’re not gonna be happy. Oh, and here’s a trailer. How is this appropriate for children?
