Man of Steel

Well, I mentioned once upon a time that Julia Ormond would be playing Lara, the biological mother of Superman in Man of Steel, but it seems they’ve changed their minds and now Ayelet Zurer, who you may remember from Angels & Demons, will be playing the role. So she’s the wife of Russell Crowe’s Jor-El. Fine with me.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

I feel like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is never going to get made, it’ll just sit in development hell forever, but the filmmakers disagree, and they’ve apparently reached out to Blake Lively to play the lead role of Elizabeth Bennet, who will only marry for love. And there’s zombies. Lively has not yet publicly accepted, but she’s stupid, so why not?

The Dark Knight Rises

There are a few more The Dark Knight Rises spy pics, and this time we’re getting a better look at the full Catwoman costume. Ugh. This is looking like the first big misstep for Chris Nolan in the series. There should be some cleavage. Catwoman is slutty. Duh.

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill has a new poster, and it is pretty terrible, which fits with the film’s theme of being really terrible, so I guess it’s amazing. Oh, and Katie Holmes looks terrible. Tom Cruise must be sucking the life out of her.

The Adventures of Tintin

I can honestly say I have no idea what’s going on in this Adventures of Tintin TV spot, but it is the best advertisement for this film yet. I’m almost excited for it. Wow.
