The Dark Tower

Well, shit. The insanely ambitious Dark Tower trilogy/TV show looks like it won’t be getting made. Universal has pulled the plug on the project. It’s still possible that the film will get made at another studio, but I doubt it. And when I say I doubt it, you should also doubt it. Also, when I say that Canada is full of a bunch of drunk monkeys, you should believe that.

I’m just gonna say it. These set pics of Man of Steel, the forthcoming Superman film, look terrible. Every brick should have a little ‘S’ on it. For authenticity.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy has a cool poster. Maybe I’ll post it below. Maybe I won’t. Mmmmmm? I’m guessing you can already see it, which must make you wonder what my game is. That’s why I’m a spy, and you’re a tailor. Or a soldier.

The Hunger Games

I recently read The Hunger Games books, and they sorta blow. That said, this is a pretty cool motion poster. I can’t embed it, or maybe I can and I just don’t know how, so you can see it here.

Xerxes

Xerxes, the 300 prequel, will apparently be directed by Noam Murro, who has a cool name. Murro is also reportedly attached to make another Die Hard film. So he likes sloppy seconds of action films. I can respect that.
