Casting for Les Miserables, Ender’s Game and Noah, new trailers for The Hunger Games, Get the Gringo and Chronicle, and a pic from Riddick.

Les Miserables

The new film version of the classic Les Miserables musical has cast its Eponine, and she’ll be familiar to those who have seen the musical on stage, as Samantha Barks will be reprising the role she’s played so well before. Good stuff. She’ll be joining Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Amanda Seyfried for this new film version!

Ender’s Game

Ender’s Game has cast Viola Davis as a military psychologist. Not sure of the character’s name yet, though she might be related to Bean’s story and his entry into the Battle School, or she may serve as an advocate for Ender’s sanity as he is put through hell in the Battle School. Again, I’m not sure, but she’s a talented actress, so I’m sure she’ll do well.

Noah

In more Russell Crowe news, Darren Aronofsky’s next film, Noah, which is about the Biblical character, is close to signing Crowe to play the lead, and Liam Neeson may also be in the film, though his role is currently not known. Clearly, he’ll play God. Duh.

The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games has a new trailer, and it has a fair bit of Lenny Kravitz. NOT. He’s quite… quiet in this new trailer. (you’ll get this stupid joke when you watch it)

This is one of the worst trailers for the film yet.

Get the Gringo

Get the Gringo, or How I Spent My Summer Vacation, has a new trailer, and… um. Huh?

This is MORE racist than I expected, and I expected it to be racist. Oh, but it looks AWESOME!

Riddick

Riddick has a new photo of Riddick doing his thing. His thing is touching his glasses.

“His thing” could also refer to his junk.

Anyways, here’s a picture of Vin Diesel pretending it’s 2000 again. SNAPDRAGON.
