Contraband would be way cooler if it was the game Contra, but the dudes started a band. As it is, Contraband is just a Mark Wahlberg action film. But it does have Giovanni Ribisi and J.K. Simmons, so it’s not all bad.
Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close
Are you ready to have your heart strings pulled? The trailer for Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close is up today, and *sniff, I just loved it. It was like seeing a movie with Tom Hanks AND Sandra Bullock.
In fact, it was exactly like that. Cause they’re both in it. AND 9/11. It will make you cry love.
The Avengers
Did you hear that they’re making an Avengers movie? Huh. Who knew? And today there are a TON of pictures. And this time they’re official! Cool!
Paradise Lost
Alex Proyas’ Paradise Lost has cast an angel and a man. That sounds weird. Anyways, Callan McAuliffe has joined the cast as the archangel Uriel, and Diego Boneta is up for the role of Adam, which for those of you who are from Canada, I mean stupid (got it right the first time), he’s the first part of the couple that ends with & Eve. I guess this is fine. I’m only interested because Proyas made The Crow and Dark City.
