Movie news for The Avengers, Bourne, Prometheus & More!

A film clip from The Avengers, pics from I, Frankenstein and The Bourne Legacy, an ad of sorts for Prometheus, and a poster for Snow White and the Huntsman.

The Avengers

We haven’t seen too much of the genuine action scenes from The Avengers just yet, so it’s nice to see this fight between Thor and Iron Man. It’s cool to see just how strong Thor is, and yet also how powerful the Iron Man suit is. I get the impression that in the long run Thor would win, but he wouldn’t get out of the battle unscathed.

I, Frankenstein

I, Frankenstein, no YOU Frankenstein.

Get it? No? Fine. Here’s a pic from I, Frankenstein, which is about old Doctor Frankenstein’s monster, here named Adam, in a modern gothic city caught up in a battle between two clans of immortals. Kevin Grevioux wrote the comic the film is based on, and he wrote Underworld, so you can expect it to be essentially just Underworld with Frankenstein thrown in the mix. Cool.

The Bourne Legacy

The Bourne Legacy has a new pic up as well, and it kinda screwed up, because it made me realize how small Jeremy Renner is in real life. He looks pretty big on screen, but that’s all camera angles apparently.

Prometheus has a new video of one of the stars, Michael Fassbender, displaying his robotic side. It’s interesting because it shows David (Fassbender) is doing and saying what he’s supposed to, yet he’s also somehow conflicted. I would expect no less.

Snow White and the Huntsman

Snow White and the Huntsman has a new international poster up, and the marketing guys didn’t do a very good job photoshopping Kristen Stewart’s head onto that body. Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth both look pretty good, but Stewart looks weird.

And not normal weird for her.

Brian brings to the site 4 years of online journalism, and attitude. Brian has probably offended you in his movie previews, and for that he won't apologize. Ladies, Brian is in a committed relationship with a woman who, thankfully, doesn't read Starseeker. It is this reluctance to read his work that keeps their relationship going. God bless America.

  1. I don’t get it… Thor is made of metal apparently? He was never this strong in the comics, he couldn’t take a beating from Iron Man. What are they doing to him, making him into Superman with a fucking hammer?
