Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II (2011)

Okay. Now, is this the last one? Is there a part three? Don’t you mess with my head. Good. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II is the final film of the much beloved series. It will tell the tale of how Voldemort ultimately won the war and the world ends. Well, that’s how I would have written it.

For his fourth film in the series, David Yates will be back once again. He did the fifth and sixth films of the series, and he is currently finishing up the seventh while working on the eighth. The cast has all returned, and since the series has thus far been on a mostly upward trend in terms in quality, expect something rather amazing for the finale.

Deathly Hallows: Part II Script

Steve Kloves will also be writing Part two, and I assume it will follow the latter half of the seventh book, which was reportedly too long to contain in one film, i.e. the studio wanted to milk this cow for all it is worth.

Who’s It For?

PG or PG-13, either way, half the earth will see it.

What’s Good About It?

This one is in 3D! It’s the end of one of the most popular and successful movie series in history. There will be a plenty big budget, the actors all know how to play their parts, and I’ve like all the other films. This should continue the trend.

What’s Bad About It?

I’m still hesitant about the splitting of the last book into two films. I’m afraid they’ll force in a cliffhanger, and Part one will feel unfinished, and Part two will feel like it doesn’t have a full plot.

Our Clever Prediction

Obviously, money will be made. It will be interesting come award season. They awarded Peter Jackson for the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, even though the second film was the best of the series. Will they give an award, or at least nominate Harry Potter because of the whole series? Maybe. I’d sure like to see it. I’d nominate Emma Watson to be my bunkbuddy. Cause I’d try to do her, and she be all English and prudish until I offered her post coital tea. Man, do I know women and the Brits.

Theres a big heist that ends with them escaping on a dragon, Voldemort finds out about their quest and massacres goblins/wizards in rage, they go to Hogsmeade and have a really close call with Death Eaters/Dementors, They learn about Dumbledore’s past, we learn what has been happening at Hogwarts from BAMF Neville, everyone is back, BAMF McGonagall vs Snape, pre-battle preparations, Voldemort tsunami in the Chamber of Secrets, Inferno in the Room of Requirement, 1st Part of the Battle of Hogwarts, Giants, Spiders, Dementors, Nagini, Death Eaters, Trolls, Wizards, Death, Snape’s memories, Great hall, Forest, Death, Afterlife, Jesus moment, BAMF NEVILLE, BAMF Hogwarts protectors, Gwarp, Thestrals, Buckbeak, House-elves with knives, Death Eaters dying, Molly Weasley BAMF moment with Bellatrix, FINAL BATTLE, post-battle, Epilogue.
