The Last Stand (or possibly without the ‘The’ I can’t be sure) is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s next big action film, about a local sheriff tries to take down a drug cartel. I watch Breaking Bad, so I know this won’t end well.

Arnie is playing Sheriff Owens, who is all that stands between an escaped drug cartel who has broken out of prison. Owens only has an inexperienced group of deputies to help him.

Fortunately, he’s a frickin’ Terminator, so he’s going to kick some ass.

Last Stand

For Arnold’s big return to action, he’s chosen Jee-Woon Kim as the director. Kim last directed I Saw the Devil, which a wonderful horror film that only made $128K. Big success. Remember when Schwarzenegger could get James Cameron to direct his films?

What’s Good About It?

Um… It’s ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER!!! He’s going to govern the shit out of this movie. I could literally beat off to this… wait, no. I just want to see him kick butt.

What’s Bad About It?

I don’t trust the director, and as enjoyable as ol’ Arnie is, the Last Stand may not be a very good film.

Our Clever Prediction

I predict Arnold will rise from the ashes, as does a phoenix. This film will be awesome, and drug cartels will forever be banished.
