I got this piece of gossip from a pretty reliable source in the industry, that The Incredibles 2 is aiming for a 2013 release, and will be 3D. I don’t ordinarily post gossip, most of the time my inbox is filled with utter movie nonsense, but this is a decent source and was right about other movie details we have posted over the years.

So what could the new Incredibles movie possibly be about? Here’s what we have heard so far…

The Incredibles 2

According to our source, Incredibles 2 is going to focus on Jack Jack and Dash, with Helen and Bob Parr hanging up their suits for good. The 3D is a no brainer, the battle right now is over a few other main characters.

Apparently Syndrome will make a return, with another main character that hasn’t been written yet. (Yeah, I understand this is a pretty vague plot I am writing, but it’s all I got) Both will team up to take out The Incredibles, one last time. 

Movie Release Date

Incredibles 2 is looking for a summer 2013 release, in 3D.

Who’s In It?

All the original cast will be back, except for new voices for Jack Jack, Dash and Violet.. the original voices have grown up too much since 2004. The rest of the original cast of The Incredibles are long gone.

What’s Good About It?

The Incredibles 2 is the best Pixar film ever, and should have been made before Cars 2.

What’s Bad About It?

Nothing, although I have fears the 3D angle could take away the true brilliance of The Incredibles 2.
