Hancock 2 Release Date
Look for the Hancock Sequel in summer 2012. Originally Hancock 2 was slated for a summer 2011 release, but this has been scrapped till 2012.

I liked the movie Hancock. It wasn’t great but it was entertaining. As for the sequel sure why not. It would be intresting to see where the writers will take it. I just hope its not a pre-qual that would just…ya not my cup of tea. It would be okay if they mentioned the past. Maybe do a flashback or even start off in the past and then jump to the future. Maybe add a super villian from John and Maries past. You know someone that after years of recovering from some past incounter is now ready to try again or something. I don’t know. I’m a fan of super heros. Grew up reading the X-Men comics and such. So wither it be good or bad I most likely will spend $8 going to the movies just because. Ya I’m one of those people.
[...] Peter Berg worked on Hancock, and Hancock 2. [...]
We get to see very few movies of this type. I enjoyed the movie it was’nt the best movie of the year but it was good. It had a good plot and everyone I’ve ever talked to in person enjoyed it too. I hope there is a sequel. I’d personally like to see it take place in the past so we could find out more about where they came from. They have made movies and sequels from a whole lot worse movies and I really think a sequel to Hancock would be well worth seeing.
Have a great day.
just waiting for d sequel..
i just love charliZe…
I wouldn’t mind a sequal but only if it’s made well. As a black man it would be great to see a black super hero who’s not a freekin wino. Not to mention his old lady is a white girl who’s married to someone else. Oh and one other thing why does he need to have someone train him how to fly. This fucker still look like he was fucked up off of some blackberry brandy at the end of the first movie. I think the black and brown people of this world are starving for a super hero who’s romantic, and strong and doesn’t need a shit load of humor and freekin side kick.
Have a good day.
Why is everyone so bitter about movies. I thought Hancock was a good movie for what it was given. It wasn’t the greatest but I think that going threw his life in that past would be a good movie.
Honestly I hope that this movie gets completely scrapped.I mean Hancock was okay but not seguel worthy. I’d rather see Will Smith do an Independance Day 2 than this.

Independence day sequel………..are you serious????? how is that sequel worthy, ooh, the aliens return, what a crazy twist that would be…..oh, and then America beats them again on behalf of the world……OH JOY
Hancock set itself up for a sequel which is why a sequel is needed.
Were you even watching the same movie as me, the one that briefly touched upon the fact that they were GODS, and that there could b e scope for more of them to exist……hmmmmmmm, where could they go with that i wonder, geeeez.
Hancock 2 would be a great idea, they just need better villains, The villains from the first one sucked, they werent creative enough
hancock was garbage who was the fucking villian nobody that made you give a damn
