Just a little bit of news for the 2012 Hobbit movie today. Martin Freeman has reportedly turned down a seven-figure offer to play Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit.
What? Yeah, Freeman has committed to around 20 other projects till 2013, so he’s no longer in The Hobbit. Freeman will return to his role as John Watson in the BBC series of Sherlock.
