So, the following information about X-Men: First Class sort of clears up the plot, and why Magneto was cancelled. We also have current news for this new X-Men movie. The story is about the formation of the X-Men. How they began and the relationship between a young Xavier and a young Magneto.
Director Bryan Singer elaborated that First Class may supersede the planned Magneto spinoff as his film would “explore that relationship between a young energetic professor and a disenfranchised victim of the Holocaust.”
Why you care
Director Brian Singer is on board as a producer, and he seems to have had some to do with the story, he was the brains behind X-Men 2, the best one in the series. X-Men : First class is the reason they canned any chance of a Magneto movie.

The Good
Matthew Vaughn directing gives me a fair bit of hope. He did a great job with Kick-Ass, and proved himself capable of being true to the source material. Let’s hope he can bring the same to the table with the X-Men.
The Bad
Vaughn was signed for the third X-Men film before dropping out due to creative differences, and we all know how turdtastic that turned out. Hopefully after his work on Kick-Ass the studio is more willing to let him do what he wants. Or this may turn ugly. And I’m talking Canadian ugly.
Our Clever Prediction
I’m mostly hopeful. The biggest problem the film has at present is that they just started shooting, and it comes out next June. They already finished filming the Green Lantern film, and that comes out later. Both films need a fair amount of time for post production and CGI, and while Green Lantern will get it, I worry about the potential for disaster with the X-Men. The studio pushed it for a summer 2011 release, and they will apparently get it, regardless if the film is any good.

Well for one thing Storm isn’t as powerful as you try to make her seem King J.R. She was usually pretty helpless not Lois Lane helpless but still needed help ALOT And Bryan Singer did awesome in the first two movies, I was under the impression that all the things that happened in the third movie was going to be fixed in the fourth. As in they were supposed to die to build up to the fourth movie. That’s what should have happened in order to introduce Sinister. However people wanted to see Wolverine’s orgin more so that’s what they did. They made Orgins which SUCKED unbeleaveably. From there people wanted to see Dead Pool so their working on that now. First Class shouldn’t even be thought about but thats what the studio wants.
Two more things one it wouldn’t make since if the mutants were more powerful in this film then they are in later films…And Superman Returns was ten times better then any of the other Superman movies. There’s talk about Nolan doing the sequel.
Brian Singer handled the X Men and X2 that means he can do it again. I think Bratt Rat is the one who sucks he destroyed the X Men 3. Come on Brian make another X Men movie with great story and action like you did. Personally i think the closest thing to comic book is X Men tv series 1992, so no x men film is better than these. Focus on these and you’ll have the real X Men not like X Men: Last Stand.

NOW FOR THIS FIRST CLASS MOVIE..PLEASE O PLEASE ENHANCE THE MUTANTS POWERS. FOR EXAMPLE STORM SEEMED HELPLESS ON ALL 3 FILM. IN THE COMIC BOOK AND EVEN TV SERIES, SHE IS POWERFUL AND EXOTIC…THAT NEEDS TO SHOW.. NOW JUST WOLVERINE AND JEAN…HER POWERS NEED TO BE ELABORATED. SHE IS MOSTLY THE REASON TO WATCH XMEN
Brian singer sucks! Just look at how he destroyed superman. He should be banned from making comicbook based films.
