A Marine platoon faces off against an alien invasion in Los Angeles. Part Independence Day, part War Of The Worlds, this 2011 Sci-Fi sounds like all the other ones you have seen. Battle: Los Angeles will have much better effects than a few of the recent disappointing movies, and the story is a little more dramatic than previously revealed.
Bridget Moynahan and Michelle Rodriguez will be kicking ass beside the military. Also, in Battle: Los Angeles the alien invaders are pretty vicious, they will kill whatever stands in their way. Will normal bullets kill these robotic looking aliens? All questions to be answered in March, when Battle: Los Angeles hits the theaters. Will we still flock to Alien movies where Will Smith doesn’t punch one in the face? Will anyone say ‘Welcome To Earth’? Lets hope not.
Aliens are cool, I never get tired of them, plus watching a marine platoon faces off against an alien invasion in Los Angeles should be awesome. Then again, I thought Skyline was going to rock, and it sucked, so I’m not sure about this new Battle L.A movie… but check out the trailer we have, and then I’m totally anticipating the movie.

The Good
Battle: Los Angeles is an action/sci-fi that I can usually get into. Unless it resembles District 9 too much, that movie bored me silly.
The Bad
What if it turns out the aliens are alergic to water based computer viruses? Seriously, if they die by some sort of human made DOS attack I am going to snap.
Our Prediction
No Will Smith, and a good production team could make this the movie Independence Day should have been. I think Battle: Los Angeles will be pretty good, I’m going to stay positive about this movie.

from what i’ve seen this thing should rock a bitchin LFE track…great. aliens, explosions, destruction, people hanging off stuff and awesome weapons…cool. spaceships, we need more spaceships. i liked district9, never thought to much of id4, i like star trek(tng), so it was nice to see brent spiner in a movie. cloverfield II, if there ever is one will be awesome. i got monsters on blu-ray this week, liked that too.
lol , I think they would have wiped us out after Independence Day.
lets face im not worried about the aliens in this movie im worried about the aliens were pissing off by making so many stupid alien movies if aliens are real i dont think they would bring an entire armada here to say hi.and we wouldnt have have a chance in hell of beating tnem
