Tron Legacy is currently being filmed in Vancouver, BC and is slated to come out in December 2010. We have the movie details. I’ve looked everywhere to find the filming locations in Vancouver, I haven’t figured out where Tron is being filmed though.

Fascinating piece of insight I just gave you, I know.

Tron Legacy (2010)

This new version of the Tron movie is almost identical to the original Tron movie from 1982, in that it takes place right after the last one ends.

The film takes the first movie as historical fact, and picks up the events of the story years later. Kevin Flynn became CEO of ENCOM and released the Tron video game based on his experiences in the machine world.

The Bad

Remakes the last 10 years are littered with weak scripts, too much violence and sex. I’m not a prude, but there is no need to fill remakes with bad acting, sex and violence and stamp it a remake.

I hope they treat Tron Legacy with a little more class than most sequels.
