The Good

Willem Dafoe is one of my favorite actors, and seeing him in this role is interesting. The trailer for Daybreakers really makes me want to check it out, I like the twist they put on this plot, where the Vampires actually have to save us, rather than destroy us for our blood.

The Bad

Ethan Hawke and the over-abundance of vampire movies. However, Daybreakers will have a different twist to it’s story. Vampires are actually trying to help humans.

Our Prediction

Daybreakers is following a tough act in New Moon, another vampire movie. However, the film touches on a different side of vampire life, and Willem Dafoe brings in a different element to the film. I also like the PSA I saw on TV, where they inform all the vampires to turn in any humans they find for research.
