The Plot – Friday The 13th 2009
A group of young adults discover a boarded up Camp Crystal Lake, where they soon encounter Jason Voorhees (Mears) and his deadly intentions. Disregarding the advice of police {as always}, and locals, Clary continues his search for his sister with the help of a young woman he meets, who is also at the lake with college friends for the weekend.
Searching for his missing sister, Clay heads up to the legendary Crystal Lake, where he stumbles upon the remains of mysterious rotting cabins and old rotting trees. Ooops, should have stayed at home Clay, because now you pissed off Jason, you rolled onto his turf without permission. Its like a rival gang crossing into a enemy hood, you just don’t do it.
Jason’s pretty harmless if you just stay off his land, but these idiots just feel the need to trespass and piss Jason off, without any regard for his propery and feelings. The final straw? Those irritating college nerds fire up their boat, in Jason’s personal lake. Can you really blame Jason for being pissed off? Nice quiet cabin out in the middle of nowhere, and a bunch of loud assholes show up with a ski boat and wakeboards, to make noise and litter in your private sanctuary?
Little do they know, the tales are true, and Jason Voorhees continues his terror by slaughtering topless coeds, chasing babes and studs while masterfully thrusting his machete through abdomens, eye sockets and throats. Thats why Jason is a legend, he shows no favorites. Black, White, Babe, Ugly.. whatever.. Jason will kill you without any hesitation.

The Good News :
Michael Bay, producer of The Transformers, has taken over the film. That could add some serious asskicking effects and storyline to this franchise that will never die.
- Derek Mears is the new Jason Voorhees
- Danielle Panabaker {Mr.Brooks, Sky High} is in the film, which brings a certain level of sexyness to the lead female character. Jason can’t kill this babe, can he?
-Two actresses dropped out of the film due to nudity and sex scene concerns! This can only mean one thing, tons of boobies and stupid blondes being hacked to death!

As a huge Friday the 13th fan, I am appalled…The only Nightmare on Elm St movie Jason was in was Jason vs Freddy……Part 2 was the 1st movie Jason was the killer in….The copycat was in Part 5…..Do your homework dude….

Just saw the movie, its awesome! This new Friday The 13th is really well made, and creepy. Jason is one bad dude, badder than before, and the women in this film are fantastic.

I went and saw Friday the 13th tonight, and I agree… it rocks pretty hard. I’ll post a review later, but yeah.. its good.
Keep in mind this film is based around “the chase” and the suspense is pretty well done. Jason is freakier than ever for this newest film.
Check it out! If you are a fan of this franchise, this is one you will love.

this movie was pretty dumb. the original was much better!
it was crap! cheap f*cking crap! it was predictable, the story was lost and lots of boobs and blood doesn’t make a good horror movie!
I saw it, and I was disappointed!
